Shipping

All items are shipped USPS. At this time we only ship to the United States and Canada, but if you wish to order from elsewhere, please contact us. Most orders will arrive within 1-2 weeks.

Returns

Figure Four accepts returns/exchanges of unused merchandise within 30 days from the date of purchase. It is your responsibility to ship the unused merchandise back to Figure Four. Please contact Figure Four for an RA (Return Authorization) number.

For Warranty claims, contact Figure Four to obtain a return authorization number (RA#) and return the product to Figure Four.  You are responsible for the charges of shipping the clean backpack to Figure Four.  Additional charges will be applied to clean a dirty pack that is returned to Figure Four for repair.  At Figure Four’s discretion, it will replace or repair damage to the backpack that falls under this warranty.  For a nominal cost, damage not included in this warranty may be repaired with your approval prior to any repairs being made.
